Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal when place an order. Marynoll reserves the right to exclude particular methods of payment.
Delivery
Marynoll partners with some Hong Kong based transportation professionals to provide a highly efficient and cost effective delivery service. You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address.
Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather. No delivery services shall be available when Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
Return and Refund Policy
Not all pictures of products on this site will correspond exactly to product description. In such cases the written description of the product is the more accurate. You shall not be entitled to return a product simply because it does not correspond exactly to its online picture.
If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, of a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Marynoll shall either refund to you the value of that product, or replace the product.
